Coffee and Vegetables
After writing all morning it was great to go out and meet friends for coffee. The new coffee place in Carterton was closed, it's a Sunday but still. My friend suggested we go to Aston Pottery to have a coffee instead and it was the best! Another friend met us there, Tobias, and he showed us his vegetable patch he's been growing around the side of his dad's pottery business. It is so cool and it's beautifully overgrown with loads of different organic vegetables. He pulled out some beetroot and butternut squash out from the ground for Mike and I to take home, how cool!
HAIR
I change my hair a lot, I guess.
Over the past few months I have been making my hair as white icey grey as possible without actually dying it grey/silver… yet. With the help of my good friend Fran who is a brilliant hair magician. She gave me an undercut and cut my hair short a few weeks ago. I love it. I want to look like a sexy non-gendered alien plastic creature ATM.
Here I am loving it.
And here it is cut shorter, which I'm still getting used to playing around with, and realising I literally want my undercut to be re-shaved every week to keep it real short.

Free Monday
I had an appointment today which was then cancelled, so I had the day off work and had a wonder around Witney with my mum. If we had found out earlier about the cancelled appointment we would have gone into London but oh well, next time!
I bought CDs so I can make more CDs for my car, pack of 5 for 99p thanks 99p store :D I got a new ice scraper because I snapped my other one, new sunnies from Claire's accessories sale!
Recently I have been making some jewellery, I have so many beads and buttons which my granny sends me in the post from Scotland every few years, they are amazing. The yellow omoji faces are not from her shockingly haha I bought those…
I bought some wooden letter beads today, I'm making bracelets and necklaces with words/names on e.t.c.
Oh yeah and I found this amazing glittery dress in Sobel House Hospice. It's so comfy and I love it, it is a maternity dress...
Shout out to my brother for handing me down these nikeys yesterday i love them so much even though they are too big, I wore them today and just walked kinda funny.
I fell in love with this coat at work but I couldn't justify buying it for £30, then I went to my friends house and she had the coat and didn't want it so gave it to me :D so happy!!

Monday Shoreditch Shopping
it was my birthday on saturday, i booked it off to go to london and find some shops in shoreditch which I've never been to. however i had a super hangover from drinks with my friends the night before. so instead i went on monday.
i found my way to shoreditch on the overground train, its actually pretty easy to get to. i got lost later on in hoxton for like an hour…
anyway the first shop i recognised was urban outfitters so i went in and bought this eyeball top for £25.
i tried on this denim top, i really want a denim top/dress but haven't found the right one yet.
i tried on this too, i don't really like it anymore though but it was pretty fabric.
then i found one of the shops on my list, Absolutely Vintage, it was huge and it was amazing they had SO many bags and shoes and coats! i bought this bag for £12 cause it reminds me of these really cool old juggling balls my dad used to have when we were little.
I like gold/shiny things so… this is from the next vintage shop i went to called Blitz, it was amazing i literally spent over an hour in there, everyone in there was lovely. this was £18 and it says thai silk on the label.
this is also from Blitz, i don't know how much it was but i think like £25 ish. it has the name bethany on it which is so cute of it. it's a Champion sweater i wish i knew how old it was.
I got this gross little gold silver bag from the same place.
The next shop i found, was Beyond Retro, i walked ages to find it and i got lost after i went here. this shop is my new favourite shop ever. it is huge and has so so so much stuff, i want to work there and play with the clothes all day every day. i tried so many things on and i couldn't decide on anything, then i randomly picked up this jumper just so i could buy something before i left. its United Colors of Benetton and made in italy.
I should have bought this.
And should have bought this.
On the busses i read this whole book.
and then i bought this book, from Blitz.

Charity Shopping Monday
Lately it seems I get a serious craving to go thrifting through charity shops on every Sunday, which of course is so annoying because charity shops generally are not open on Sundays. ATM I am lucky I don't work on Mondays so…
The easiest place for me to have a mooch about and go to charity shops is in Witney i'd say, there are about 10 charity shops there, I didn't go to all of them today though.
I might do a personal update soon but i'm still thinking about it. Anyway i bought some stuff.
I bought this amazing space planets puzzle for £2 from The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary on Corn Street.
I bought this thinking it could be my new dressing gown because I hate my current one, it's too short and shows my bum, I don't really care but I live at home so I needed a longer one really. It's velvet and ugly and cute and it cost me £3, size M. The label says Chilprufe, the washing info label has been cut out, and I just discovered it has pockets so now I love it even more. This is also from The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary.
This shirt is also from The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary, at this point carrying a puzzle, starbucks, velvet thing and carrier bag, a lady in the shop kindly put my empty starbucks in the bin and took my stuff to hold by the till so i wasn't struggling. I bought this shirt for £3.50, it says Tom Hagan XXL on the label, I bought it because it seems quite gloomy to me even though it has a few colours in it, also the fabric is kind of rough textured and doesn't feel soft. These sound like reasons to not like it but I do.
This shirt is my new favourite thing, it's a horrible yellow colour which I love, and it feels kind of rubbery. It says BHS Menswear Size M on the label and it was £3.99 from a lovely little charity shop raising money for African Children's Fund. This is also on Corn Street.
I spoke to the two people working there today about the charity and they told me about how 3 years ago, the guy that started the whole charity, was on his way home from Africa and there was some kind of car accident and he died, since then his wife has been continuing the amazing work for the children and raising money for better school's e.t.c. Also the man's wife has been trying to find out exactly what happened to her husband and the South African police have never co-operated or shown any interest in finding out or telling her what happened. ATM one of the projects they are raising money for is to re-build a school with bricks, as it is currently entirely built of metal and parts keep being stolen.
I got this purple jumper from Sue Ryder for £20. It says Guernsey Woollens on the label, I have no idea what size it is. I liked the dull purple colour, it says pure new wool on the washing label and to hand wash only, hmmm. This shop is on the corner of Corn Street and always has really interesting looking instruments in their window.
I very rarely find any of my favourite magazines near where I live, so whenever I do I have to buy it. This is i-D Winter 2014, I woke up like this, The beautiful issue No.334. I've had a flick through so far and spotted a couple of fashion/internet/amazing faces i've been following on blog's e.t.c for a while so I'm looking forward to reading it. I got this from WHSmith in Witney.
I randomly went into Rapture to ask if they had FKA Twigs album, I basically went in expecting a flat out - No we do not have it. But they did, and even though I have all of her songs on Spotify e.t.c I am so happy I have this! FKA Twigs is amazing, I am obsessed with reading her interviews, her interview with rookiemag is one of my favourites, this might also be because rookie is my favourite thing ever but still… Oh and this was £9.99.
I needed a new blusher as mine is smashed and I don't want it to make a mess everywhere, of course I ended up buying a couple of other things, oh and I just realised I never even used my Boots card so that's a waste of points. I bought Collection Blush Bashful, it was £2.50, I like orange\pink kind of blusher colours, and I really hate it when blusher has glitter/shimmer in it so hopefully I am right in thinking this one is just matt.
I have had the smokey eye palette from Collection for a while, and it's good but lately I like more brown colours for my eyes than grey so I saw this and thought - perfect. It was £3.99. And definitely I could do with a new eyeshadow brush… I hate spending money on things like this, this was £2.

I got £100 out at the cashpoint yesterday because I thought I was going to get some tyres for my car (it seriously needs a couple of new tyres) … and I have spent some of the money on this stuff today, well done Cheri. Hopefully I will still get tyres later today.
